Lead capture and follow-up systems can support business processes, but leads, appointments, sales, revenue, ROI, uptime, compatibility, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

Scope and ownership

Package scope is limited to the features and implementation agreed at purchase. “Pay once. Own it.” means no required monthly management fee for the core package; third-party hosting, messaging, API, domain, platform, maintenance, or integration costs may still apply. Optional support is separate.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate content, timely approvals, appropriate access, lawful instructions, and any required notices or consent. Customers remain responsible for their business decisions, regulatory compliance, communications, and human oversight.

Third parties

Payments, forms, calendars, messaging, hosting, AI models, and other integrations may be operated by third parties and are subject to availability and their terms. Compatibility must be confirmed.

Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks, and pre-existing platform components remain the property of their respective owners. Customer-specific deliverables and usage rights are governed by the agreed scope.
